Similar to Links Portable 162f15
This is similar to Links Portable which we released at the beginning of last month, but it does differ in a few ways functionally. Some s had trouble with Links on certain machines, and Lynx offers a nice alternative for being able to test accessibility and working in low-bandwidth situations, so we figured we'd release Lynx, too.

I had trouble running Links Portable and asked in the comments for a PortableApps version of Lynx and you delivered! Thank you, this is awesome. Just a nit: Lynx was the first web browser (though not graphical) and predated Links by 7 years so Links is like Lynx. Now if there was a PortableApps version of Alpine (the son of Pine) I'd be in pure text heaven!
