This program is failed to run under Windows 7.
Win32DiskImager requires privilege, which needs unavoidable confirmation because of the UAC system of Win7. When executing Win32DiskImager.exe manually, a confirmation box is shown by system, but when executing from win32diskimagerPortable.exe, the system won't show the confirmation box, but fails to execute instead.
The launcher likely needs to be set to RunAs=compile-force in the launcher INI and then recompiled.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
